Digital delivery policy

DigiSellers sells digital goods only. This policy explains how licenses are delivered. There is no physical shipping, no courier, and no tracking number.

1. What you receive

• A license key, or
• Login credentials for a publisher account, or
• A download link hosted by us or the publisher.

The product page states the delivery type. Installation files are typically downloaded from the publisher after you activate.

2. Timing

Most keys appear on the order confirmation page immediately after a successful order and are emailed to the address you entered at checkout. If a publisher must create an account, delivery can take up to 24 hours (48 hours in rare cases). If we miss that window, you may cancel for a refund.

3. Your email address

You are responsible for entering a working email and checking spam folders. We are not liable for keys sent to a mistyped address if the order record shows that address.

4. Territory and export

Some publishers restrict activation by country. If a title cannot be legally delivered to your billing country we will refund rather than complete the order.

5. Lost keys

Signed-in customers can retrieve keys on the account page. Guests should use the order confirmation email or contact support with the order number.

6. No shipping fees

We do not charge shipping. Any tax shown is a digital-goods tax or VAT estimate, not postage.
