Terms of service
Last updated: 14 August 2026
These terms govern purchases and use of digisellers.me. By creating an account or placing an order you agree to them.
1. The store
DigiSellers sells digital software licenses and related digital services. We do not sell physical goods. Product pages describe the license term, device count, and delivery method.
2. Accounts
You must provide accurate details and keep your password confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account.
3. Orders and prices
Prices are shown in pound sterling (£ GBP) exactly as printed. There is no currency conversion on this site. We may refuse or cancel an order in cases of pricing errors, suspected fraud, unsupported territories, or stock/key unavailability. If we cancel after payment, we refund the amount paid for that item.
4. Digital nature of goods
When we supply a license key, download link, or login, performance of the contract begins. You acknowledge that digital content may not be returnable once revealed, except as stated in the refund policy.
5. Publisher licenses
Use of the software is also governed by the publisher’s end-user license agreement. We are not the publisher unless the invoice says so. You must not resell, publicly post, or share keys in a way that violates the publisher license.
6. Acceptable use
You must follow the acceptable use policy. We may suspend accounts that abuse the store, payment systems, or support channels.
7. Intellectual property
The DigiSellers name, logo, and site design are ours. Product names and logos of software titles belong to their owners and are used to identify the goods offered for sale.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The site and products are provided as described. See the disclaimer. To the maximum extent allowed by law, DigiSellers is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data caused by the software after activation. Our aggregate liability for a claim related to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.
9. Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be waived under the law of your country, including mandatory consumer refund rights.
10. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, excluding conflict-of-law rules, unless mandatory local consumer law applies. UK consumers keep their statutory rights.
