This policy explains how DigiSellers (“we”) processes personal data when you visit https://digisellers.me, create an account, place an order, contact support, or interact with our ads.

1. Controller

2. Data we collect

• Account data: name, email, password hash.
• Order data: billing address, phone, products, amounts, license keys issued, payment method type.
• Support data: messages you send and our replies.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages viewed, cookie identifiers.
• Marketing data: newsletter email if you subscribe; ad click identifiers if you arrive from a campaign.

We do not ask for government ID by default. Do not send full payment card numbers by email.

3. Why we use data

• To fulfil digital orders and deliver license keys.
• To create and secure your account and shopping cart.
• To prevent fraud and abuse.
• To answer support and legal requests.
• To send service emails (order receipts). Marketing emails only with consent or as allowed by law.
• To measure ads and improve the site, where you have accepted analytics cookies.

4. Legal bases (where GDPR/UK GDPR applies)

Contract (orders and accounts), legitimate interests (security, basic analytics, B2B sales replies), consent (optional cookies and newsletters), and legal obligation (tax and accounting records).

5. Sharing

We share data with payment processors, email delivery providers, hosting providers, accountants, and professional advisers when needed. Publishers may receive the email or activation data required to issue a seat. We do not sell personal information as that term is used in the CCPA for a core business model of trading contact lists. Advertising partners may receive hashed or cookie identifiers if you accept ads cookies — see the cookie policy and advertising disclosure.

6. Retention

Orders and invoices are kept for at least 7 years for tax. Support tickets are kept up to 3 years. Newsletter lists until you unsubscribe. Server logs typically 90 days unless needed for security.

7. International transfers

Our hosts and processors may store data in the United States or other countries. Where required, we use appropriate transfer tools.

8. Your rights

Depending on your location you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection, and you may withdraw consent. You may complain to your data protection authority. California residents may request to know or delete personal information and to opt out of “sharing” for cross-context ads via cookie settings or by emailing us.

9. Children

The store is intended for adults 18 years or older. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
